Mu's Cottage, originally the gardener's cottage in the extensive grounds of The Old Vicarage, is situated just outside the village of Evenjobb in the renowned beautiful countryside of the Radnor Valley on the Welsh Borders - often known as the "best kept secret in Wales". Whether you are looking for an activity holiday or total relaxation you will find it here. You can walk, cycle, horse ride, sightsee or simply curl up with a book and unwind!

Mu's Cottage has been completely refurbished in recent years to make an ideal country retreat away from the hurly burly of modern life. It has been sensitively extended and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard in keeping with the age of the cottage but with all the modern conveniences. The large sitting/dining room faces onto pastureland leading up to woodland at Offa's Dyke. The kitchen is fully-fitted with microwave, washer/drier, fridge/freezer etc. There is a bathroom and a shower room. Three bedrooms - one with double bed, one twin and one single. Cot and high chair are available upon request. Heating, linen and towels are provided. TV, DVD/Video player and a selection of books and games are available.

Mu's Cottage is located right on the Welsh Borders. The towns of Kington, Knighton and Presteigne are about 10 minutes by car. Each town has local butchers, greengrocers, bakers, cafes and pubs. Evenjobb is within easy reach of many places of interest - the market town of Ludlow with its renowned restaurants and antique shops, the Victorian town of Llandrindod Wells and Hay on Wye famous for its annual Literary Festival and numerous book shops. Follow the famous Herefordshire Black and White village trail, walk Offa's Dyke or explore the Brecon Beacons. The choices are limitless.
